Step 1) UV Light Inspection

This is one of the most important steps in carpet cleaning. The UV light shows organic stains and soils which can cause odor producing bacteria. In order to re-clean these affected areas properly an enzyme or related treatment must be used. If treated like a regular area it can reactivate any odors , stains etc.

Vacuuming

Step 2) Pre-Vacuum

Frequently missed by other companies, our technicians take the extra step and throughly vaccum before any treatments are put downn. When carpets are not vacuumed adding a rinse will create mud. By ensuring the first step of vacuuming we can clean the fibers rather than loose dirt stuck in the carpet.

Step 3) Treatments & Pre-Spray

Our treatments are a non-toxic & odor-free solution which is SOAP FREE! This will leave no residue in carpets, which will leave the carpets cleaner for longer. Pesky stains will not re-appear!

Step 4) Agitation

The CRB machine's counter-rotating brushes work to agitate the carpet fibers. This action loosens and lifts dirt, debris, and embedded soil from the carpet's surface and deeper layers.

Step 5) Truckmounted Steam Extraction

Once agitated, we employ a steam extration that loosens and extracts impurities from the fibers more efficiently. HWE (Hot water extraction) enables us to clean deeper and rejuvenate your carpet leaving it soft and comfortable to walk on, while also reducing the drying process.

Step 5) Carpet Protector*

Carpet protector is applied once the carpets are cleaned. This forms a barrier that repels liquids and prevents them from immediately soaking into the carpet fibers. This helps to reduce the likelihood of stains from spills or accidents.

Step 6) Post Groom & Dry

Many cleaners skip this important step. Grooming the carpet can improve air circulation and aid in the drying process. By raking the carpet, damp areas are exposed to more air, which helps to speed up the drying time.
